This recipe was created by our CSA member Jani. Ingredients & Method: 4 cups cherry tomatoes diced. 2 cups corn BBQ then shock in ice water then diced. 1.5 cup chopped Ceylon onions(or any kind) 3 cloves Ontario garlic minced. 1/2 cup of peppers (Jalapeno or Trinco chillies) chopped 1 lime juiced 1 bunch basil chopped.
